Michael Luis COTA, Appellant, v. William A. GITTERE, Warden, Respondent.
ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE
In his petition, Cota claimed that statutory good time credits should have been applied to the minimum term of the sentence imposed for his conviction of principal to grand larceny of a firearm. The district court's finding that Cota had been discharged from that sentence is supported by the record. Accordingly, any claims for credit as to that sentence are moot. See Johnson v. Dir., Nev. Dep't of Prisons, 105 Nev. 314, 316, 774 P.2d 1047, 1049 (1989). Therefore, we conclude the district court did not err by denying Cota's petition, and we
ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
