John DEVENCENZI, Appellant, v. James DZURENDA; Quentin Byrne; T. Filson; M. Travis; C/O Knapp; C/O Repp; Adam Laxalt; Brian Sandoval; Barbara Cegavske; and the State of Nevada, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed in the supreme court on July 8, 2021, and later transferred to this court. While this case was still pending before the supreme court, it issued a notice on July 15, 2021, regarding filing deadlines. That notice directed Devencenzi to file a transcript request form within 14 days, a docketing statement within 21 days, and an opening or informal brief within 120 days. The notice cautioned that failure to timely file the documents could result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, Devencenzi has filed none of the required documents or otherwise communicated with Nevada's appellate courts. Accordingly, it appears that Devencenzi has abandoned this appeal, and we therefore
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
