Angelo FERGUSON, a/k/a Angelo Fergusen, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying a “final judgment under Miranda rights of guilty plea,” we lack jurisdiction. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). To the extent Ferguson seeks an appeal from his judgment of conviction, the notice of appeal was filed after the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(b), and an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court. See State v. Sant, 110 Nev. 748, 750 n.2, 877 P.2d 545, 546 n.2 (1994). Accordingly, we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
