Thomas William HARSH, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE
Thomas William Harsh appeals from an order of the district court denying a motion to modify sentence. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Cristina D. Silva, Judge.
In his February 24, 2020, motion, Harsh claimed the charging documents contained inaccurate information, the presentence investigation report (PSI) erroneously stated he had served five prison terms when he had only served three such terms, the PSI did not properly inform the sentencing court concerning a probationary term, the sentencing court relied upon an inaccurate police report, and the sentencing court improperly believed he had previously been charged with possessing a stolen vehicle. The record demonstrated Harsh had seven prior felony convictions when he was sentenced in this matter. In light of Harsh's significant criminal history, Harsh failed to demonstrate that the issues he identified worked to his extreme detriment when the district court imposed sentence. See Edwards v. State, 112 Nev. 704, 708, 918 P.2d 321, 324 (1996). Therefore, the district court properly denied the motion, and we
ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
