ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Francisco Enrique Vidal appeals from an order of the district court denying a “supplement to motion to vacate sentence” filed on October 15, 2019. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Douglas W. Herndon, Judge.
