ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order dismissing appellant's petition for judicial review in a workers’ compensation matter. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Kerry L. Early, Judge.

Appellant has filed a motion for remand and to dismiss this appeal. Attached to the motion is the district court's order granting motion to correct clerical mistake and stating its intent to reconsider the order challenged on appeal upon remand. The motion is granted. This appeal is dismissed and remanded to the district court for the purpose stated.
