ORDER

This is a pro se petition for a writ of mandamus. This court entered an order denying the petition on March 20, 2020. On March 24, 2020, petitioner filed a pro se letter in this court. The letter is dated March 11, 2020, and was received by this court on March 20, 2020. Therein, petitioner states that he did not file the petition and did not give anyone authority to file a petition on his behalf. He asks that the petition and exhibits be taken off the court's docket. Under the unique circumstances of this case, we order as follows. The March 20, 2020, order denying petition is vacated. Appellant's letter is treated as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter and granted as such. This matter is dismissed.
