John PUGH, Petitioner, v. The SIXTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT of the State of Nevada, IN AND FOR the COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT, Respondent, The State of Nevada, Real Party in Interest.
ORDER DENYING PETITION
In this original petition for a writ of mandamus, John Pugh seeks an order directing the district court to enter an amended judgment of conviction in compliance with this court's order issued in Docket No. 76538-COA. See Pugh v. State, Docket No. 76538-COA (Order Vacating Judgment and Remanding, August 14, 2019). We directed the Honorable Michael Montero to file an answer to the petition. In his response, Judge Montero informs this court that an amended judgment of conviction has been filed. A copy of the amended judgment of conviction that complies with this court's order issued in Docket No. 76538-COA is attached to the response. Because the record demonstrates Judge Montero has complied with the order issued in Docket No. 76538-COA, we conclude this court's intervention by way of extraordinary writ is not warranted. See NRS 34.160. Accordingly, we
ORDER the petition DENIED.
