DAWN MARIE GREEN, Petitioner, v. THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF CLARK; AND THE HONORABLE MARY D. PERRY, DISTRICT JUDGE, Respondents, MITCHELL AARON KELLER, Real Party in Interest.
ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISASSOCIATE COUNSEL AND DISMISSING PETITION
This original petition for a writ of prohibition or mandamus challenges a district court order disqualifying a law firm and imposing sanctions. Petitioner has filed a pro se motion to disassociate attorney Kurt A. Smith as her counsel. See NRAP 46A(a). Mr. Smith filed a notice of non-opposition. Cause appearing, the motion is granted. See NRAP 46(e). The clerk shall remove Mr. Smith as counsel of record for petitioner Dawn Marie Green.
Petitioner Green, appearing in pro se, has also filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this writ petition. Real party in interest has not opposed the motion, and the time to do has passed. Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the petition. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney fees. See NRAP 42.
It is so ORDERED.
