ORDER DISMISSING PETITION
This is an original petition for a writ of mandamus seeking an order directing the district court to compel discovery in a torts matter. Real party in interest moved to dismiss the petition based on a settlement in the district court, and petitioners have filed a non-opposition to that motion. Cause appearing, the motion is granted.
