ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order dismissing a petition for foreclosure mediation assistance. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jerry A. Wiese, Judge.

On April 1, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a docketing statement by April 22, 2025. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement, this court issued an order on May 20, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve a docketing statement within 7 days. See NRAP 14(b). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the docketing statement or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
