WHEREAS, this Court having made and filed its written decision that a writ of mandamus issue,

NOW, THEREFORE, you are instructed to vacate the May 19, 2021, order declaring Jesus Luis Arevalo a vexatious litigant, the Amended Qualified Domestic Relations Order entered July 27, 2022, and the Order after the March 23, 2023, hearing holding Jesus in contempt; and you are directed to hold further proceedings in this matter as necessary, in the case entitled Jesus Luis Arevalo vs. Catherine Arevalo n/k/a Catherine Delao, case number D-11-448514-D.
