ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
This emergency, original petition for a writ of mandamus challenges a district court order granting a petition for writ of habeas corpus and remanding the matter to the justice court for a hearing.
Petitioner has filed a motion to withdraw the writ petition, indicating that a guilty plea has been entered resolving all charges. The motion is granted, NRAP 42(b), and this writ proceeding is hereby dismissed.1
It is so ORDERED.
