ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Upon consideration of the Petition Pursuant to C.A.R. 21 for Rule to Show Cause filed in the above entitled action and matter, and being sufficiently advised in the premises,
IT IS ORDERED that an Order to Show Cause issue out of this court. Therefore, Respondent, Kenneth P. O'Hanlon is directed to answer, in writing, on or before March 25, 2025, why the relief requested in the petition should not be granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners, Patrick E. Gillette, Stuart D. Mann, Joshua Maximon, AccessU2 Mobile Solutions, LLC, Michael Cohig, Lawrence Crane, David Palm, E B H, LLC, Michael P. Fossenier, Edson Hutchinson, Jared Petsche, Ronald L. Wilcox and Paul Zorn, have 21 days from receipt of the answer within which to reply.
Pursuant to C.A.R. 21(f)(2), all further proceedings are stayed until further order of this court.
