ORDER OF COURT
Upon consideration of Petitioner Hill Hotel Owner, LLC's Petition for Rule to Show Cause Under C.A.R. 21, answer briefs from Respondents Denver County District Court (in which the court confessed error in its analysis and requested a remand to allow the court to apply the correct analysis) and Hanover Insurance Company, Petitioner's reply brief, and the oral argument of the parties, and being sufficiently advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
The Order and Rule to Show Cause issued by this Court on April 30, 2024, is hereby MADE ABSOLUTE, and this case is remanded to the district court to determine whether the subject communications are protected by the attorney-client privilege.
