ORDER OF COURT
Upon consideration of the People's Petition for Relief Pursuant to C.A.R. 21, the answer briefs filed by Respondents Victor Quiroz and the Boulder County Court, and the People's reply, and being sufficiently advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Order and Rule to Show Cause issued by this Court on June 13, 2024 is hereby DISMISSED because the People had an adequate appellate remedy under Crim. P. 37.1. See C.A.R. 21 (allowing for relief under C.A.R. 21 “only when no other adequate remedy, including relief available by appeal ․ , is available”). In light of the foregoing, the Court does not reach and expresses no opinion on the merits of the issues raised by the People.
