ORDER OF COURT
Upon further consideration of the above captioned matter and now being sufficiently advised in the premises,
IT IS ORDERED that the rule to show cause is made absolute and the matter is remanded to the district court for further proceedings consistent with our recent opinion in People v. Dye, 2024 CO 2, 541 P.3d 1167.
