ORDER OF COURT
Upon consideration of the Guardian ad Litem's Petition for Rule to Show Cause Pursuant to C.A.R. 21, the El Paso County District Court's Notice and Respondent D.W.’s Response to this Court's October 5, 2023 Order and Rule to Show Cause, the District Court's Motion for Remand, the Office of the Child's Representative's Amicus Curiae Brief, and the Guardian ad Litem's Reply Brief, and being sufficiently advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. The Rule to Show Cause issued by this Court on October 5, 2023 is hereby MADE ABSOLUTE, and the District Court's Motion for Remand is hereby DENIED.
2. The District Court shall set the adjudicatory trial in this case on or before October 30, 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter, if a brief amount of additional time is needed to summon a jury.
