ORDER OF COURT
Upon consideration of the Petition for Rule to Show Cause under C.A.R. 21, The Arapahoe County Court's Response to the Order and Rule to Show Cause, and The People's Response to Show Cause Order filed in the above cause, and now being sufficiently advised in the premises,
IT IS ORDERED that the Rule to Show Cause shall be, and the same hereby is, MADE ABSOLUTE and the case is remanded to the district court.
