Dismissed and remanded to CA 2/2. In light of defendant Erick Lamar Moseley's Request to Dismiss Review, filed March 7, 2023, review in the above-captioned matter, which was granted and held for People v. Williams (S262229), is hereby dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).)
