DOE v. ANDERSON UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT (2022)

Review is ordered on the court's own motion. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.512(c)(1).) The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Brown v. USA Taekwondo (2021) 11 Cal.5th 204, 276 Cal.Rptr.3d 434, 483 P.3d 159. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)

The Reporter of Decisions is directed not to publish in the Official Appellate Reports the opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed April 13, 2022, which appears at 78 Cal.App.5th 236, 292 Cal.Rptr.3d 916. (Cal. Const., art. VI, § 14; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.1125(c)(2).) The requests for an order directing depublication of the opinion are denied as moot.
