MUNOZ v. PL HOTEL GROUP (2022)

The petition for review is granted.

The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and rehear the case after granting the parties an opportunity to file supplemental briefs on the question of whether the complaint stated a cause of action for fraud in the execution. (Gov. Code, § 68081; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)

The Reporter of Decisions is directed not to publish in the Official Appellate Reports the opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed January 3, 2022, which appears at 73 Cal.App.5th 543, 288 Cal.Rptr.3d 644.
