PEOPLE v. VASQUEZ (2021)

The petitions for review are granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Penal Code section 186.22, as amended by Assembly Bill No. 333 (Stats. 2021, ch. 699).
