MURRAY ON v. << (2021)

The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two. That court is ordered to vacate its denial order dated April 19, 2021, and is further ordered to issue an order to show cause, returnable before that court. The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is to be ordered to show cause, why petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought.

On the court's own motion, the Reporter of Decisions is directed not to publish in the Official Appellate Reports the opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed April 19, 2021, which appears at 63 Cal.App.5th 184, 277 Cal.Rptr.3d 528. (Cal. Const., art. VI, section 14; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.1125(c)(2); see Kowis v. Howard (1992) 3 Cal.4th 888, 894-895, 12 Cal.Rptr.2d 728, 838 P.2d 250.)
