Alameda County Employees' Retirement Assn. (2020) 9 Cal.5th 1032, 266 Cal.Rptr.3d 381, 470 P.3d 85. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) In doing so, the court is directed to address and resolve petitioner's claim under the contract clause of the California Constitution.
