WILMOT v. CONTRA COSTA COUNTY EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION
Transferred to CA 1/2 after hold. The above-entitled matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of Alameda County Deputy Sheriffs' Assn. v. Alameda County Employees' Retirement Assn. (2020) 9 Cal.5th 1032, 266 Cal.Rptr.3d 381, 470 P.3d 85. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) In doing so, the court is directed to address and resolve petitioner's claim under the contract clause of the California Constitution.
