HANDOUSH v. LEASE FINANCE GROUP
Dismissed and remanded to CA 1/3. The application for relief from default to file an untimely request for depublication filed June 30, 2020, is denied. In light of petitioner's letter filed July 17, 2020, representing that petitioner does not believe it is entitled to pursue this litigation during the pendency of separate New York proceedings, and the absence of any request for relief from default for failure to file a timely opening brief before this court, review in the above-entitled matter is dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 29.3(b).)
Votes: Cantil-Sakauye, C.J., Chin, Corrigan, Liu, Cuéllar, Kruger and Groban, JJ.
