PRESBYTERIAN CAMP AND CONFERENCE CENTERS v. S.C. (California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection)
The petition for review is granted. Pending final determination of the petition for review filed herein, all proceedings in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, Case No. 18CV02968, entitled California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection v. Presbyterian Camp and Conference Centers, Inc., et al., including but not limited to the January 30, 2020 Case Management Conference and June 29, 2020 trial, are hereby stayed. Real Party in Interest California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection's request that Presbyterian Camp & Conference Centers, Inc. v. Superior Court (2019) 42 Cal.App.5th 148, 255 Cal.Rptr.3d 69 remain precedential pending review, is denied. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.1115(e)(1).)
