PEOPLE v. BARTON (2020)

The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Assembly Bill No. 1618 (Stats. 2019, ch. 586). (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) Barton's Request to Expand Grounds on which Review Has Been Granted is denied.
