PEOPLE v. MOSES
Review is ordered on the court's own motion. The issue to be briefed and argued is limited to the following: Did the Court of Appeal err in reversing defendant's conviction for human trafficking of a minor (Pen. Code, § 236.1, subd. (c)(1)) on the ground that defendant was communicating with an adult police officer posing as a minor rather than an actual minor? For the purposes of briefing and oral argument, the People are deemed the petitioners in this court. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.520(a)(6).)
Votes: Cantil-Sakauye, C.J., Chin, Corrigan, Liu, Cuéllar, Kruger and Groban, JJ.
