The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of People v. Canizales (2019) 7 Cal.5th 591, 248 Cal.Rptr.3d 370, 442 P.3d 686 and People v. Perez (2016) 3 Cal.App.5th 612, 619, 208 Cal.Rptr.3d 34. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 528(d).)
