PEOPLE, Respondent v. Rodney Gene BEELER, Appellant.
Upon representation by counsel for appellant that he will submit to the United States Supreme Court a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of our decision affirming the judgment of death herein, the application of appellant for stay of execution is granted and execution of the judgment of death entered against appellant Rodney Gene Beeler by the Superior Court of Orange County and affirmed by this court on April 10, 1995, at 9 Cal.4th 953, is hereby stayed pending final determination of this matter by the United States Supreme Court. If a petition for writ of certiorari is not submitted within the time prescribed, this stay will terminate when the time for submitting such petition has expired.
MOSK, ARABIAN, GEORGE and WERDEGAR, JJ., concur.
