TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Respondent, v. STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION, Appellant.
Petition for review GRANTED.
The issue to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether a title insurance company realizes taxable income from the entire amount of the premium the insured pays for a title insurance policy, even when a substantial portion of the premium is withheld by the underwritten title company that performs the title search.
LUCAS, C.J., and PANELLI, ARABIAN and BAXTER, JJ., concur.
