Petition for review GRANTED.

The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Four.   That court is directed to modify its prior opinion granting habeas relief and ordering the abstract of judgment amended, and is directed instead, subsequent to the granting of habeas relief, to remand for resentencing in the trial court in light of the fact that the trial court stayed imposition of a prior prison term enhancement.  (See, People v. Burns (1984) 158 Cal.App.3d 1178, 1182–1184, 205 Cal.Rptr. 356.)
