NEDLLOYD LINES v. SEAWINDS LIMITED (1991)

The issue to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether and to what extent the law of Hong Kong, chosen in the parties' agreement, should be applied in ruling on the demurrers.

This cause is ordered consolidated.

Let an alternative writ of mandate issue, to be heard before this court at its courtroom when the proceeding is ordered on calendar.   The writ is to be issued, served and filed on or before April 29, 1991.   The return is to be served and filed on or before May 13, 1991.
