The issue to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether a nontestifying co-defendant's out-of-court statement is adequately redacted for admission with admonition when it is edited to refer to a second participate in neutral terms but it is clear from other evidence that co-defendant is the person referred to.
LUCAS, C.J., and KENNARD, BAXTER and GEORGE, JJ., concur.
