The issues to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether consecutive sentences are mandated under the three strikes law (Pen.Code, § 667(b)–(i)) when a defendant on probation commits a new offense and is sentenced for both the new offense and for the original offense following revocation of probation.
GEORGE, C.J., and MOSK, KENNARD, BAXTER, WERDEGAR, CHIN and BROWN, JJ., concur.
