TOLAND v. SUNLAND HOUSING GROUP INC (1996)

Appellant's petition for review GRANTED.

The issues to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether, after Privette v. Superior Court (1993), 5 Cal.4th 689, 21 Cal.Rptr.2d 72, 854 P.2d 721, a subcontractors' employee has a cause of action for direct liability against a general contractor or developer.
