The above entitled cause is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Four, with directions to vacate its opinion and to reconsider the matter in light of Chapter 1340, Statutes of 1989. The injunction entered by the Superior Court, County of Marin, on October 27, 1987, is suspended during the pendency of the appeal. (Code of Civil Proc., Sec. 923)
