Petition for review GRANTED. Pursuant to rule 29.2(c) of the California Rules of Court, the issue to be argued on review is limited to whether appellants' ‘actual injury’ (Code Civ.Pro. § 340.6, subd. (a)(1)) from respondents' allegedly negligent failure to tender defense of a third-party action to appellants' insurers occurred upon settlement of the subsequent coverage actions against the insurers. Appellants motion to strike the petition for review is denied. Respondents' application for leave to file a reply brief is denied, and the court's previous filing of the reply brief is hereby vacated.
GEORGE, C.J., and KENNARD, BAXTER, WERDEGAR, CHIN and BROWN, JJ., concur.
