The issues to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether a trial court's misadvice as to applicable period of parole for a defendant pleading guilty constitutes a violation of the plea agreement or a violation of the court's duty to advise of the consequences of the plea, and, if the defendant is entitled to relief, what is appropriate remedy.
