Defendant's motion for partial entry of judgment and dismissal of the remainder of the cause as improvidently granted is DENIED. The above-entitled cause is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to reconsider the issue of finding for county juvenile court schools in light of defendant Superintendent of Public Instruction Bill Honig's concession of the issue.
