PEOPLE, Respondent, v. Steven King AINSWORTH, Appellant.
Application for stay of execution is GRANTED and execution of the judgment of death entered against Steven King Ainsworth by the Superior Court of Sacramento County, and affirmed by this court on June 30, 1988 (45 Cal.3d 984, 248 Cal.Rptr. 568, 755 P.2d 1017), is hereby stayed pending final determination of the petition for certiorari to be filed in the United States Supreme Court.
LUCAS, C.J., and MOSK, BROUSSARD, ARGUELLES, EAGLESON and KAUFMAN, JJ., concur.
