Appellant's petition for review GRANTED. The cause is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to refile its opinion after awaiting the finality of People v. Guzman 192 Cal.App.3d 302, 239 Cal.Rptr. 1 and after eliminating the citation to People v. Kreutzer, 191 Cal. pp.3d 632, 236 Cal.Rptr. 590, ordered depublished by this court on July 30, 1987.
