TOBIN v. STEVENS.
Pursuant to the request of the Court of Appeal that jurisdiction be restored to enable it to consider a timely filed petition for rehearing, review is granted on this court's own motion. (Calif. Rules of Court, rule 28(a)(1).) The cause is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate and refile its opinion. (Calif. Rules of Court, rule 29.4(e).)
LUCAS, C.J., and BROUSSARD, PANELLI, ARGUELLES, EAGLESON and KAUFMAN, JJ., concur.
