Petition for review GRANTED. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One with directions to modify its opinion by deleting from the final paragraph on page 8 thereof the words commencing “with directions to reinstate” to the end of the sentence (See Labor Code, Section 5953) and with further directions to thereafter refile its opinion.
MOSK, PANELLI, ARGUELLES and KAUFMAN, JJ., concur.
