ORDER

Pursuant to the mandate of the United States Supreme Court, 480 U.S. 102, 107 S.Ct. 1026, 94 L.Ed.2d 92, in the above-captioned case, the judgment of this court issued on July 25, 1985, is vacated.   Let a peremptory writ of mandate issue directing the Superior Court of California, Solano County, to grant petitioner's motion to quash service of summons and to vacate any subsequent orders based upon its assumption of personal jurisdiction over petitioner.
