The above-entitled matter and its consolidated appeals in 4th Civil 23146 and 23778, are dismissed because the orders from which the appeals were filed are not appealable. (Vasquez v. Superior Court (1971) 4 Cal.3d 800, 806, 94 Cal.Rptr. 796, 484 P.2d 964; Bank of America v. Superior Court (1942) 20 Cal.2d 697, 701, 128 P.2d 357.)
The Court declines to exercise its discretion to treat the appeals as a petition for a writ of mandate.
MOSK, BROUSSARD, PANELLI, ARGUELLES and EAGLESON, JJ., concur. LUCAS, C.J. and KAUFMAN, J., did not participate.
