Review was granted in this matter on December 18, 1986. The matter is ordered transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three with directions to vacate its opinion(s) and to reconsider the cause in light of Ingersoll v. Palmer (1987) 43 Cal.3d 1321, 241 Cal.Rptr. 42, 743 P.2d 1299. (Cal.Rule of Court, rule 29.4(e).)
