Appellants' petition for review GRANTED. Review is limited to the following issues: (a) What information regarding a proposed low-rent housing project must a state public body provide to the voters when seeking approval of such project under article XXXIV of the State Constitution? (b) Did the City of Berkeley provide such information when seeking approval of the project at issue?
