Appellant's petition for review GRANTED. The application for permission to lodge with this court the unfiled petition for rehearing and letter from the Court of Appeal clerk is GRANTED. The cause is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate the order denying rehearing, to consider the application for relief from default on the petition for rehearing and, if relief from default is granted, to rule on the petition for rehearing within 30 days from the date this order is filed.
LUCAS, C.J., and MOSK, BROUSSARD, PANELLI, EAGLESON and KAUFMAN, JJ., concur.
